How to Place One Total Sum Data Label on Top of Stacked Bar Chart in Chart JS
In this video we will explore how to place one total sum data label on top of stacked bar chart in chart js. To add data labels we will need to use the [chartjs-plugins-datalabels] or also known as the Chartjs Data Labels plugin in Chart.js.
By default this is not possible to achieve but luckily we can modify how the data labels plugin displays the data with the formatter function. We will create an array with the values. After that we will sum the total value of the array and display it on the last dataset.
